Bimini Cooler: One of our most popular signature cocktails built around our friend/distiller Darren Case’s Bimini Gin, which we infuse with cucumber, sweeten with Elderflower liqueur, and finish with a hit of prosecco. It’s our idea of a perfect patio cocktail - bright, invigorating, and green melon forward.

 4 Monos, Albillo Real Vinos de Madrid 2020: Hailing from the heart of Spain (just west of Madrid), this old vine Albillo is both complex and powerful and clean and refreshing. We love this white for all its complexity and texture - ripe, floral fruit, dried herbs, and a beeswax-y finish. Plus, the four friends behind 4 Monos are working clean in their vineyards and cellar; they farm organically and vinify using natural yeasts - producing wines of great purity, freshness, and integrity.  

Bonavita, Rosado Terre Siciliane 2022: In the extreme northeastern corner of Sicily lies one of our favorite Italian producers, Bonavita. Here, husband and wife (Giovanni and Sanny) tend to vineyards bursting with life - flowers, cactus, grasshoppers, bees, chickens, kittens! - on land rising up from the sea, in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. They make only a few wines, all very special in nature. Every year we look forward to the release of their succulent, dark-hued rosé made from varieties indigenous to their region, called Faro (Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccino and Nocera).
